The portal is designed for professional use. You can access it only if you are a professional who devotes the services of the web site to his activity. He is called user and is qualified by customers.
Customers select users (for example, e-bidding suppliers): it is an external activity.
The site contains both public and restricted areas. Areas that are accessible by non-registered users are called “Public area”. Only persons who have been issued a userid and password have a license to access the restricted areas of this web site.

We divide the service into four lines:

For each line, the user may access information or data or other materials that are the sole responsibility of the person from which the content originated.

• comments on documents
• authorization to examine documentation

You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available on this site are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws.

You acknowledge that the Information and links provided through the site are compiled from sources which are beyond the control of the company. Service availability

We guarantee the service as follows:

• with staff attendance (check "Contacts" section for details)
• without staff attendance during the remaining time frame, with the exception of the scheduled maintenance and back-up windows (from Saturday 06.30PM CET to Sunday 09.00AM CET)

Ethical responsibility

Eni reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Eni will not be liable to you or any third part for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
